Farel introduces, for the first time within the Luceplan catalogue, the quiet monumentality of a dome. A pure, neutral geometry that seems to suspend itself in space, shaped from thermoformed sound‑absorbing material and gently wrapped in fabric. Its surfaces invite personal interpretation: a palette of cool, warm, or neutral tones for the exterior, paired with light or shadowed hues within, allowing the lamp to shift its character with subtle elegance.
Farel is conceived with a deep respect for the environment. The exterior fabric is woven entirely from recycled yarns, carrying with it the story of materials reborn. Luceplan embraces the SEAQUAL initiative—a global effort that retrieves plastic waste from oceans and coastlines, transforming it into fully traceable recycled fibers. Inside the shade, a felt made from 60% recycled material completes the piece, adding a tactile softness that echoes its commitment to responsible design.
